SoulCollage® Offerings and Retreats
What is SoulCollage®?
SoulCollage® is an expressive arts practice done individually or in community. This simple artistic process develops creativity and intuition, encourages self-discovery, and provides personal guidance.
Created by Seena Frost (therapist and author of the book SoulCollage® Evolving), this is an intuitive process that deepens our connection to Soul and Source and provides direct access to our inner wisdom.
SoulCollage® involves cutting out images and collaging them together onto 5” x 8” cards in whatever ways appeal to you. Cards containing the images you select—or the images that select you—come straight through the Soul, bypassing the mind. In SoulCollage we explore our inner landscape as we create cards that serve as visual reminders of who really are, what we love and what we believe in.
Eventually you make enough cards to create a SoulCollage® deck, which can be used as your own personal Oracle source to advise and guide you through life. Your cards can be used in many ways to access your inner wisdom. For example, choosing a card randomly from your deck to read and guide you; or using a card for a journal writing prompt; or doing a multi-card reading to answer one of your big life questions—the possibilities are as endless as your imagination!
SoulCollage® meets you wherever you are on this journey called life. You don’t have to be an artist to make SoulCollage® cards. Anyone can create and enjoy this powerful practice.

Kim Buller and I will continue to team up to offer a series of SoulCollage® gatherings for the Fall 2026 season, 3rd Fridays and Saturdays. This fall we are offering a series of four gatherings which build on one another but can also be stand-alone classes. The series is based on the book, The Fourfold Way, Walking the Paths of the Warrior, Healer, Visionary and Teacher, by Angeles Arrien. This book changed my life, so I’m offering another opportunity for you to learn, grow, and apply practical indigenous wisdom to your life.

In the golden hush of autumn, we mirror the Earth — letting go of what no longer serves, composting old identities, and preparing the inner soil for new life. Through SoulCollage®, council, ritual, reflection, and rest, we gather to remember the Sacred Feminine as she lives within and around us — the part of us that knows how to soften, receive, and heal.
Equinox invites us to balance the feminine and masculine energies within self and culture, doing our part to heal the wounds of overdrive, competition, and depletion through receptivity, intuition, and care. Guided by archetypes of the Sacred Feminine, we’ll explore the path to allowing the feminine to rise again, radiant and whole.
